Ketan’s advisory skills also extend to resolving transfer pricing disputes across multiple appellate forums, including the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Dispute Resolution Panel, and Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals). He has successfully aided multinational corporations in settling conflicts through the Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) and Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) proceedings.
